Buyer Representation

The following processes are integral in the AMC Buyer Representation experience:

  1. Initial Requirements – Gather a complete and thorough understanding of the Buyer’s needs upfront and align those with the current knowledge of the marketplace. As needed, AMC will educate the Buyer so they are able to make informed purchase decisions.
  2. Search – AMC seeks out properties that best meet the Buyer’s needs. Through various proven strategies, success is achieved by applying targeted marketing through online databases, extensive personal networks, and market knowledge.
  3. Contracting – AMC assists in negotiating favorable terms for the Buyer and helps develop and execute a plan for contract performance.
  4. Closing – AMC communicates with all parties involved (e.g. other agents, lender, closing attorney, etc.) and works proactively with these parties to eliminate any problems that may arise.
