Landlord Representation

  1. Initial Requirements – Gather a complete and thorough understanding of the Landlord’s needs upfront and align those with the current knowledge of the marketplace. As needed, AMC will educate the Landlord so they are able to make informed leasing and tenant decisions.
  2. Search – AMC seeks out tenants that best meet the Landlord’s needs. Through various proven strategies, success is achieved by applying targeted marketing through online databases, extensive personal networks, and market knowledge.
  3. Contracting – AMC negotiates favorable lease terms for the Landlord and helps develop and execute a plan for contract performance.
  4. Lease Commencement – AMC communicates with all parties involved (e.g. other agents, space planners, tenant improvement contractors, etc.) and works proactively with these parties to eliminate any problems that may arise.
