Seller Representation

  1. Initial Requirements – As needed, AMC will facilitate the education to the Seller on current market conditions and developments pertinent to the Seller’s property.
  2. Search – Once an agreement is agreed upon, AMC markets the property to buyers by utilizing targeted marketing strategies and knowledge and introducing the property to our maintained private database of qualified buyers and investors.
  3. Contracting – AMC negotiates favorable terms for the Seller and helps develop and execute a plan for contract performance.
  4. Closing – AMC communicates with all parties involved (e.g. other agents, lender, closing attorney, etc.) and works proactively with these parties to eliminate any problems that may arise. AMC strives to assist in a smooth closing.
