Tenant Representation

  1. Initial Requirements – Gather a complete and thorough understanding of the Tenant’s needs upfront and align those with the current knowledge of the marketplace. As needed, AMC will educate the Tenant so they are able to make informed leasing decisions.
  2. Search – AMC seeks out locations that best meet the Tenant’s needs. Through various proven strategies, success is achieved by applying targeted marketing through online databases, extensive personal networks, and market knowledge.
  3. Contracting Р AMC negotiates favorable lease terms for the Tenant and helps develop and execute a plan for contract performance.
  4. Lease Commencement – AMC communicates with all parties involved (e.g. other agents, landlords, tenant improvement contractors, etc.) and works proactively with these parities to eliminate any problems that may arise.
